Growing Up So Fast

It is so hard to believe how fast kids grow up. I wish at times I could freeze Chloe in a time period, but I do want her to grow and mature. She changes so much each and every day. She is a little sponge and soaks up so much information. Her latest marvels are: she loves to sing if you're happy and you know it, she loves to say hoo-ray, she knows the word otter (what a weird word to know), she knows exactly what you are telling her to do. She no longer over uses the word no, we get yes a lot too (thank goodness). She is so loving to other kids-she wants to feed, hug, and take care of them. This is a major switch from my biter girl. I just love to observe her everyday and just take in what she is learning.

It's Official

It is official. I went to the doctor today and we are expecting the next addition to our family. Will Chloe have a sister or brother? Who knows? I am just so happy to be pregnant. It looks like this lucky baby might have tax day for its due date.

Tea With Grammie

Today we went to the Lavender Tea Room in McKinney with Grammie. Chloe was very well behaved in such a grown-up environment. Then Grammie took her on a shopping spree.

The Wiggles Playroom

My mom and I took Chloe to the Wiggles' Playroom on Tuesday. She had a fun time. She did lots of sliding, climbing and dancing. Notice the really nice shoe protectors you have to wear while you are there. If you go make sure you bring socks!

Celebration Park

My mom and I took Chloe to Celebration Park in Allen. She was not very interested b/c she had no other kids to play with. The thing she loved most was running on the grass.

The Twins Birthday

The twins had a tutu party for their 2nd birthday.

Duck Feeding

Carolyn and I took Chloe to feed the ducks at Bedford Boy's Ranch. At first we didn't have any ducks near us, as soon as we started feeding them about 100 pigeons flew about two inches above our heads and fifty ducks came running after us. I am not exaggerating!!! It was so scary!

Future Basketball Star

Chloe got Cole a basketball hoop for his birthday. She is already a slam dunk diva!

Cole's Birthday

For Cole's birthday we went to his grandparents to celebrate. We went swimming in the afternoon and steaks at night. Chloe loves the water and even went off the diving board.

San Antonio

Cole recently preached for a seminary friend at Gracepoint Community church in San Antonio. So, the two of us got to take a mini-vacation. We had a great time. When we got to the hotel they had a layout of crackers, cheese, and sweets. They took great care of us. We went to Sea World on Saturday. I got kissed by a Beluga Whale. We really loved Sea World. That night we went on a cruise of the river and looked at the Alamo. We did not want to wait the long line to go in so we just looked at the outside. After church on Sunday we had lunch on the River and then headed home.

Bible Fellowship Social

Recently we got together with our Bible Fellowship class. We had a great time! Chloe loves to play!
