Coleman is Talking

Coleman started talking today, and this is what he said:

I made my mom a chocolate birthday cake. Unfortunately it was pretty dry, but that didn't stop Chloe from loving cake. She loves birthdays b/c they involve cake!

Zoo

My parents came to visit last weekend for my mom's birthday. She thought it would be fun to go to the zoo, so we went and had a great time. Coleman loves being outside!

First Day of School

First day of school lunch!
School went pretty well. I only kept her there for half a day. Going to school was a last minute decision. I figured one day a week would be good for her. She really is little Miss Social, so I think she will love school.

Coleman experienced his first veggie, sweet potatos! He loves them. He just laughed and laughed as I was feeding him.

Chloe loves pretending! Here she is pretending to be sick. She really does look like she doesn't feel well in these pictures, don't worry though she is really 100% well-just a great actress! She also loves to play doctor on her school bus (a.k.a. Cole's workout bench). What a funny girl!

5 Months

Well as usual Coleman is almost 6 months old as I am posting his 5 months pictures. He is so awesome! I can just look at him and my heart just melts. I know this is awful, but I really love that he can be in a bad mood and the only thing that makes him happy is to see his mommy. He is a rolling machine. He goes all over the place, so now he takes a bit more supervision. He started rice cereal this past month and likes it okay. He loves to laugh esp. at his big sister! He brings so much joy to all of us! I love my little man!

OU

About 3 weekends ago we all went to Norman to see OU play. I was very apprehensive about taking my kiddos, but all went well. Chloe had a great time! She made friends with everyone around in the hopes of mooching off food. She loved using Natalie's binoculars. We also got to go see the horses. I will have to post a video of her dancing during the game later. She loves it when Cole says, "I say Boomer" and then she responds with, "I say Soooner". Coleman also did well. He took a snooze during the game.

Dentist Visit

Chloe went to her first trip to the dentist. She did pretty good until the dentist put on his mask, that scared her. She did not have any cavities, but they did tell us to really brush those back teeth b/c they could be getting close to it. Coleman even got to be held by the dentist. This was the best pediatric dentist! They were so good to my kiddos. Chloe loved getting all her treats!

world's largest lemonade

We were able to see the world's largest lemonade being made at chick-fil-a. As soon as we got there and Chloe saw the big cows she was immediately scared and would not take part in anything. We did get to sample some yummy lemonade though.
