My Little Helper

Let me begin by clearing a few things up! First, I am not really one of those moms that lets my kids walk around in their diapers. I don't care if other moms do, but I just have always gotten my kids dressed first thing in the morning. Coleman got his shorts dirty while eating so I took them off.

Second of all, I feel my posts on this blog have been a little Coleman heavy, but that is b/c I have been posting a lot of Chloe pictures on my other blog, A Sea of C's.

Now, let's get down to the business of this post. Coleman is such the little helper. He loves to clean things up when he is done with them. For example, he usually throws his trash away. Sometimes he does like to throw away things that don't need to be. He puts his toys away, and he even loves to help me put the silverware away from the dishwasher. It always cracks me up to see him doing all of these little chores. Now, if I can get him to rub off on his sister I might never have to clean up toys again!

Coleman's 1st trip to the dentist

Coleman and Chloe both had check-ups today. I know you are thinking why on earth am I already taking Coleman to the dentist. Chloe and I (as a kid) both had issues with the enamel forming on our teeth. If Coleman had that issue I wanted to see if there was anything I could do to prevent that.

Chloe was having some anxiety about going, but she did great! And her teeth look great. Coleman's teeth are doing good too. He had some issues with his bottom lip with some scar tissue. The dentist told me that he was going to have a linear shaped face and a great upper lip. I thought that was funny. Coleman did good, until the dentist put on his mask, and then basically lost it. Coleman was loving playing with his new toothbrush and the sink!

Banana Fun

Coleman was eating a banana yesterday, and he just looked so cute eating it I had to take some pictures. This is the first time I have given him a whole banana. I know you are supposed to cut them up, but when they are still in the peel I think they don't choke (right???). Doesn't he have the bluest eyes, he is such a cute little guy!

First day of School 09-10

Guess who had her first day of school today? I hope she is having a great day! Her teachers this year are Ms. Kathy and Ms. Shauna!

Papa's 80th

I am not sure anyone loves their birthday as much as Cole' Grandad. He turned 80 on August 21 so we traveled to Texas to help celebrate his birthday. Chloe gave him a little Cabbage Patch baby that has his same birthday, I am not sure he understood why she gave it to him. Happy 80th Papa!
