Outside Time

The other morning we played outside.

1st day of school for Coleman

Coleman had his first day of preschool!

His backpack from last year had some tears in it, so we used one that a sweet friend gave us awhile back. We love hand-me downs! I guess I should look for a sports backpack.

Coleman always has to get a little sports in before school starts!

He's pretty excited because his teacher's husband was a football player in college.

Have I mentioned that Coleman loves sports!

Chloe asked me to curl her hair the other morning.

She looked so cute!

Meet the teacher

The week before Labor day Coleman had his meet-the-teacher.

He was not super excited to go into his class, and pretty much clung on to Cole.

I did manage to get a picture of him with his teachers.

The good thing is he is loving going to school, and pretty much wants to go everyday. That might have something to do with the fact that Chloe goes everyday.

8 Months

My little 8 month old, is growing up way too fast!

At 8 months this boy eats veggies, fruit and meats.

He does pretty well with the sippy cup.

He has been snacking on puffs and Cheerios.

He has tried bread, tortillas, and pancakes.

The weekend of August 5th he started getting his bottom teeth.

Then two weeks later he got his first top tooth.

Now, he is working on his fourth tooth.

Poor thing, I guess it's better to get those all over with quickly!

He can sit up a bit. Most of the time he can stay up, but every once in awhile he tips over.

He still continues to be very laid back.

We were at a party recently and a guy couldn't believe how Clay just let's everyone pass him around. He doesn't really ever fuss. There has been a little fussing over the teeth though.

He can still wear his 6 month clothing, my sweet LITTLE boy!

He just continues to amaze me everyday.

I just love looking at him and getting a smile in return.

Thank you Clay, for being a go with the flow kind of baby!
